Adaptive Fitness for Teens
Experience an engaging 55-minute class that features constantly changing functional exercises performed at a relatively high intensity. This session includes deep, relative heavy work and core strength exercises designed to enhance coordination and motor planning. The pace of the class is adaptable, ensuring that it meets the needs of each athlete for optimal success. Held during quieter gym hours to minimize distractions, this class also teaches simple health and wellness strategies that can be implemented outside the gym. With a maximum capacity of just six athletes, participants receive personalized attention and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
