1:1 Physical Therapy and Fitness Sessions
Customized one to one fitness sessions that are targeted to the specific goals of the individual. Sessions typically focus on upper and lower body strengthening, endurance, balance and coordination utilizing functional movements including squatting, pushing and pressing movements. Sessions are typically 60 minutes but please inquire about 30 or 45 minute sessions. Fitness training can focus on increasing overall and core strength, coordination, motor planning as well as other factors. By utilizing a neuro affirming approach, AIM meets the individual where he or she is at not only from a physical lens but also from a communication, cognitive and motivational perspective.
Can use self directed funds from DDS. Invoices for reimbursement can be provided.
