Personal Training

PersonalTraining

ABL Fitness offers individualized personal training and semi-private fitness sessions for children, teens, and adults across the lifespan, including individuals with disabilities, autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, intellectual and developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, chronic health conditions, post-rehabilitation needs, and anyone who benefits from a more structured, supportive fitness environment.

Each session is tailored to the athlete’s unique goals, abilities, communication style, medical considerations, and motivational needs. Using a neuro-affirming, adaptive, and evidence-based approach, our coaches meet each athlete where they are physically, emotionally, and developmentally to build confidence, independence, and long-term success with exercise.

Training focuses on functional movements such as squatting, pushing, pulling, pressing, carrying, balance, and core stability to improve strength, endurance, coordination, motor planning, posture, mobility, and overall functional fitness. Sessions may also support emotional regulation, body awareness, social confidence, return to activity following therapy, management of chronic conditions, and participation in sports, recreation, work, and daily life.

Our coaches frequently work with individuals transitioning from physical, occupational, or speech therapy who are looking for a safe, structured pathway to continue building strength, function, and independence after formal therapy services have ended. We also support individuals seeking lifelong wellness through fitness, including those managing conditions such as obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, cancer recovery, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other chronic health concerns.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, with 30- and 45-minute options available based on individual needs, goals, and attention span.

At ABL Fitness, we believe fitness is for every body and every stage of life. Our goal is to create an empowering, personalized experience that helps individuals build strength, confidence, connection, and lifelong health through movement.

Best Fit For: Individuals with autism, ADHD, intellectual and developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, chronic medical conditions, post-therapy transition needs, motor coordination challenges, older adults, cancer survivors, individuals seeking medical fitness support, those who feel uncomfortable in traditional gyms, or anyone who benefits from individualized, structured, and supportive fitness coaching focused on lifelong wellness.
