Kids Ninja Fitness
Kids Ninja Fitness is a high-energy fitness program for kids ages 5–13 that builds strength, confidence, coordination, balance, and healthy habits through obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, and functional fitness challenges. Designed to be both fun and purposeful, classes also provide excellent cross-training for youth sports while helping children develop physical literacy and lifelong fitness skills in a supportive, encouraging environment.

- Kids Class (Ages 5-8): Tuesday 4:30 PM, Thursday 3:30 PM
- Tweens Class (Ages 9-12): Tuesday 3:30 PM, Thursday 4:30 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM
- Duration: 55 minutes
- Capacity: 6 kids / 8 tweens per class

Each Kids Ninja Fitness class follows a structured routine that builds confidence, movement skills, connection, and healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment.
1. Connection Circle
Kids build foundational fitness skills through squats, presses, climbing, carries, core work, and movement-based games.
2. Warm-Up Circuit
A structured warm-up helps kids prepare their bodies safely while building confidence through movement.
3. Strength Skill
Coaches teach foundational movements such as squats, carries, presses, climbing, and core exercises with proper technique.
4. High-Energy Workout
Short bursts of running, biking, jumping, medicine ball slams, and movement games keep kids engaged and active.
5. Ninja Obstacles
Kids climb, crawl, swing, balance, and problem-solve through obstacle-based challenges that improve coordination and confidence.
6. Healthy Habit Discussion
A short closing conversation helps kids connect fitness, wellness, sleep, nutrition, and healthy habits to everyday life.
