Everyone is welcome! The Fitness Festival is designed for individuals, families, friends, and community and corporate teams. Our goal is to bring people of all abilities together for an afternoon of fitness, fun, and community.
Not at all! The challenges are designed to be fun and adaptable for a variety of fitness levels and abilities. Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and have fun.
Your ticket includes admission to the ABL Fitness Festival, four fitness challenges, and two raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes. Additional raffle tickets and other activities may be available for purchase at the event.
No! Participate as much or as little as you’d like. You can take on all four challenges, choose your favorites, or simply come enjoy the festival and support ABL Fitness.
