Physical_Therapy4

Physical therapy at ABL Fitness helps children, teens, and adults of all abilities improve movement, strength, balance, coordination, and confidence through individualized, goal-oriented care. Each session is led by a licensed physical therapist who develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to the individual’s unique needs—whether the goal is to improve mobility, enhance balance, recover from injury, increase participation in daily activities, or build endurance for sports and recreation.

Using a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach, we focus on each person’s abilities while providing evidence-based interventions that support meaningful progress. Sessions may include therapeutic exercise, balance and coordination training, functional movement practice, motor skill development, and individualized strategies to promote long-term independence, wellness, and participation in everyday life.

Self-directed funds from DDS may be used. Invoices for reimbursement can be provided.
