Adaptive Personal Training
At ABL Fitness, we provide adaptive personal training for children, teens, and adults with disabilities, neurodiversity, chronic health conditions, and individuals transitioning from physical therapy to lifelong fitness. Our individualized programs support athletes with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, intellectual and developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, orthopedic challenges, and those seeking a more supportive, structured approach to exercise. Every session is tailored to the athlete’s goals, abilities, communication style, and learning needs to help build strength, confidence, independence, and lifelong wellness.

Self-directed funds from DDS may be used. Invoices for reimbursement can be provided.
